The Scottish equivalent of an ANZAC biscuit. Made in Scotland by Reids bakery in Thurso. Delicious oat biscuit to have with a coffee!
Ingredients: .Oats, wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk, salt), sugar, salted caramel pieces (sugar, glucose syrup, vege fat (shea kernel, palm oil, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soya lecthin), unsalted butter (milk), water, skimmed & golden syrup, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, diphosphates, sodium carbonates)
