Designing Your Label

How do I Personalise my Label?

Simply follow the steps inside the product page. Upload your image or enter your custom text on the product page before adding to cart. Remember to double check your spelling and image.

What Image Files can I upload?

Most common image formats work, including JPG and PNG.

For best results upload a high-resolution image.

Can you design something for me?

At this stage we do not offer custom design services, but we do have some ready-to-edit templates available. Have a look at our range!

Orders & Changes

Can I change my design after ordering?

Unfortunately because personalised items are moved into production quicky, we are unable to change designs once your order is placed

Can I cancel my personalised order?

Get in touch as soon as possible. If we have not yet printed or started creating your order, we may be able to to cancel your order. If we have already started production, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order

Can I order a sample or proof before printing?

We do not currently offer samples or design proofs.

How long do personalised orders take?

We will aim to get personalised orders dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm on a week day. On occasion this may be dispatched the next day as some products are custom made.
