Free shipping
Get free shipping on orders over $120 with our standard courier option within New Zealand. Please note, oversized packages (over 15kg), rural and international orders are not eligible for free shipping. Express shipping is available at full price and does not qualify for free shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped from our Bromley store in Christchurch, New Zealand or from our Hastings, New Zealand store.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat–Sun) or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Standard shipping (approximate)
- New Zealand wide (2–3 business days) $7.99
- Rural addresses (3–5 working days) $12.99
International shipping
- We ship our lollies all over the world with fast & reliable international shipping with the exception of the USA due to shipping tariffs.
- Cost is calculated based on the destination & size.
- Estimate cost of shipping is provided at checkout. Additional charges may apply if the size or dimensions of the package change after our sweet team packs the order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it or misplaced your tracking number, contact us anytime.
